Lexnode Limited (C 88903) is pleased to announce that it is among the first batch of VFA Agents that has been awarded an ‘In Principal Approval’ from the Maltese financial services watchdog MFSA.

The ‘In Principal Approval’ was issued on Monday 1 April 2019 and effectively means that Lexnode is one step closer to becoming formally registered as VFA Agent.

Currently operating under the transitory period in terms of Article 62 of the VFA Act (Cap 590 of the Laws of Malta), Lexnode is at present servicing a number of ICOs and VFA service providers who had initiated their operations prior to November 1^st 2018.
