Raising capital starts here
ICOs are a great way to raise capital for your project. In Malta, laws on ICOs have been drafted in a way to ensure that your ICO, once approved, enjoys an excellent stamp of approval.
Under Maltese laws, ICOs are called ‘Initial Virtual Financial Asset Offerings’. Unlike traditional blockchain services, you are not required to apply for a licence to carry out an ICO in Malta. However, you do need to register your whitepaper (through a licensed VFA Agent) with Malta’s single financial regulator, the Malta Financial Services Authority.
