CLASS 1
VFA Services License is for persons authorized to receive and transmit orders; to provide investment advice in relation to a Virtual Financial Asset that has been determined in accordance with the Financial Instrument Test; and to place Virtual Financial Assets. Class 1 License Holders are not authorized to hold or control client’s money.
CLASS 2
VFA Services License is for persons authorized to provide any VFA Service but not to operate exchange or deal for their own account. Class 2 License Holders may hold or control clients’ money in conjunction with the VFA Service they provide.
CLASS 3
VFA Services License is for persons authorized to provide any VFA Service but not to operate exchange. These license holders too may hold or control clients’ money in conjunction with the VFA Service they provide.
CLASS 4
VFA Services License is for persons authorized to provide any VFA Service, including operating an exchange. Naturally, persons holding a Class 4 license may hold or control clients’ money.
